Empowering Futures: School Visits for CRESS-Sponsored Students in West Nile March 2025

In the first term of 2025, our dedicated Education Coordinator journeyed across 20 schools in West Nile to check in with 38 sponsored students under the CRESS Africa Foundation program — and what an inspiring journey it was! 

These visits were more than routine—they were moments of connection, care, and hope. From academic reviews to well-being check-ins, every interaction helped us better understand the students’ journeys and empower them to thrive.

We also delivered CATT sessions (Children’s Accelerated Trauma Therapy) to students facing post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD)—offering them vital emotional and psychological support in a safe and nurturing environment.

Track academic progress and celebrate growth
Understand students’ emotional and social well-being
 Provide trauma support through professional CATT sessions
 Identify and respond to school-based or personal challenges
Strengthen the bond between CRESS Africa Foundation, schools, and the students we serve
