Success Story | Restoring Hope Through Learning in Refugee Schools (March 2026)

Transforming Communities Through Faith, Leadership & Livelihoods
From 2nd – 6th April 2026, we carried out Easter Party Clubs across Rhino Camp and Imvepi Refugee Settlements — creating safe, joyful spaces where children encountered love, hope, and purpose.
For many children in refugee communities, opportunities for spiritual growth, mentorship, and joyful learning are limited. Through these clubs, we shared a simple but powerful message: “Jesus Gives Life and Hope.”
Our Impact at a Glance
· 51 Easter Party Clubs conducted
· 3,230 children reached
· 412 children made decisions to follow Christ
Breakdown
· Imvepi: 33 clubs | 1,803 children | 188 saved
· Rhino Camp: 18 clubs | 1,427 children | 224 saved
These are not just numbers — they represent lives touched, hope restored, and futures redirected.
Each session combined:
· Joyful songs and fellowship
· Bible teaching (John 11 – Jesus, the Resurrection and Life)
· Memory verses that children carry with them
· Games that build confidence, teamwork, and belonging
Because of the support received, children are not only learning — they are thriving.
· Footballs are bringing children together, increasing attendance and joy
· Repaired bicycles are helping volunteers reach more children across vast settlements
This impact was made possible through the support of partners and well-wishers who believe in investing in children’s lives.
We are looking for partners to help us:
· Reach more children in underserved communities
· Equip volunteers with teaching and play materials
· Provide safe, consistent spaces for children to learn and grow
Let’s continue bringing hope, joy, and transformation to children who need it most.
